Your email platform charges you for having a list. We charge you to run one.
We move ecommerce brands off per-contact pricing and onto an owned sending stack — flows, segments, templates and deliverability intact. Same emails going out Monday morning. A bill that stops scaling with your list.
Figures use the monthly bill you enter above against the managed licence, with the migration fee and monthly set by your profile band. Self-hosted has no monthly at all — migration fee only — and cloud is priced at half your current bill. Sending through your own AWS account is extra on self-hosted and managed.
Leaving is not the hard part. Keeping what you built is.
Most teams stay put because the flows are the business. Open-source tools like Mautic and Listmonk don't ship a real flow builder — so we build that layer, then move you into it piece by piece.
Automated flows
Welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post-purchase, winback. Rebuilt trigger by trigger and diffed against your current sends before anything goes live.
Segments & profiles
Contacts, consent status, custom properties, engagement history and suppression lists come across whole. Unsubscribes stay unsubscribed.
Templates & brand
Your existing templates get converted, not redesigned. Same layout, same fonts, same footer — rendered and litmus-checked across major clients.
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on your own sending domain, IP warmed on a ramp schedule, inbox placement watched daily through the switch.
Store & data sync
Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom store keeps feeding orders, products and events — so revenue attribution doesn't go dark after cutover.
The database itself
Postgres you can dump any night of the week. No export throttles, no per-contact ransom if you ever want to leave us too.
Four weeks, and you never stop sending.
Nothing is switched off until the new stack has run beside the old one and the numbers match.
Audit
We inventory every flow, campaign, segment, integration and webhook you currently depend on, and price the migration off that list. You get the inventory whether or not you hire us.
Build
Your stack gets stood up — sending infrastructure, flow engine, templates, store sync — and loaded with your real data. You get a login and can click through everything before it touches a customer.
Parallel run
Both platforms live at once. We send a slice of traffic through the new stack, compare open, click and revenue per recipient against your current numbers, and fix the gap before it matters.
Cutover & watch
Flows switch over on a schedule you approve, the old account gets cancelled, and we watch deliverability daily for 30 days. Anything drifts, we're the ones on it.
One migration underneath. Three ways to run it afterwards.
The move off your current platform is the same job whichever you pick — audit, rebuild, import, warm, parallel run, cutover. What changes is who holds the keys afterwards.
Self-hosted
- Runs on your infrastructure, under your billing
- You get the platform and the runbook, we hand over
- Sends go through your own AWS account
- No monthly to us at all
- For teams with someone who wants the keys
Managed
- We run it — uptime, patching, monitoring
- Flat monthly that ignores how fast your list grows
- Sends go through your own AWS account, so the fee stays flat
- Deliverability watched, not just configured
- Nothing for your team to patch or page on
Cloud
- Our platform, our infrastructure, our sending
- Sending costs absorbed into the licence
- You verify your domain, nothing else to run
- Priced against your current Klaviyo bill, halved
- 12-month contract
| Active profiles | Migration fee | Managed /mo | Cloud /mo |
|---|---|---|---|
| under 75k | $4,000 | $200 | $250 |
| 75k+ | $5,000 | $250 | ~$570 |
| 100k+ | $6,000 | $300 | ~$690–1,035 |
| over 250k | $8,000 | $400 | ~$1,150–1,400 |
No licence includes our hours. Maintenance means the platform stays up and works; flows, broadcasts and segments are yours to run on every tier. Work you want us to do is billed at $150/h, quoted first. Self-hosted and managed send through your own AWS account — that sending cost is yours and is not in the figures above. Cloud absorbs it.
The questions that actually come up.
What happens to deliverability when we move?
You keep sending from your own domain, so your domain reputation follows you. What changes is the sending IP, which is why we warm it on a ramp — engaged segments first, volume stepped up daily — and why we run both platforms in parallel before cutover. If placement dips, we slow the ramp instead of pushing through it.
Is this a worse product than Klaviyo?
It's a narrower one. You get flows, segments, campaigns, templates, store sync and reporting. You don't get their predictive analytics, their benchmarks, or their app marketplace. For most brands under ~$10M, the bill is buying features nobody on the team has opened this quarter — but if you live in those features, we'll tell you to stay.
Who fixes it at 2am when a flow breaks?
We do. That's the monthly fee. Managed plans are monitored with alerting on send failures, queue depth and bounce spikes; you're not the first to know something stopped.
What if we want to leave you?
Self-hosted brands already have everything — it's in your cloud. Managed brands get a full Postgres dump plus the infrastructure config on request, any time, at no charge. The point of this is that you stop being locked in, and that includes by us.
Do you do SMS?
Not yet. If SMS is a serious channel for you, keep it where it is for now — we'll migrate email and leave your SMS provider untouched.
Send us your numbers, get the audit back.
Tell us what you're on and what you pay. We'll come back with a flow-by-flow inventory and a fixed migration quote — usually within two business days.
No call required to get the quote. We only pitch if the savings are real.
Six lines is enough for us to price the migration. Click the address above and the template comes pre-filled, or just write:
- Brand and store URL
- Current platform — Klaviyo, Mailchimp, whoever
- List size and what you pay per month
- How many flows you're running
- Anything you can't afford to break
- When you'd want to move
A person reads these, not a sequence. Reply inside two business days with the flow inventory and a fixed quote.
